A one day Workshop on “Impact of Learning Resources on enhancing academic productivity” was organized with Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) on September 20, 2017 at Senate Hall, University Main Office.

A User awareness programme was organized by Cambridge University Press, Indian Citation Index on October 6, 2017 at Prof S S Merh Seminar Hall, Department of Geology, Faculty of Science, The M S University of Baroda, Vadodara. Inaugurated Academia Unit with 10 Kindles for reading E Books on 13-10-2017.

Dr Mayank Trivedi, University Librarian awarded "Best Paper" Award at IEEE 5th International Symposium on Emerging Trends and Technologies in Libraries and Information Services (ETTLIS 2018 ) for the paper titled "A study on research trends in Central Universities of India" on February 23, 2018.
